1. What we collect
When you apply to a campaign, Posticlip stores the information you submit: display name, email, country, phone number, Discord username, the social account handles you register, and — if provided — a crypto wallet address for payouts. Once approved, we also collect public metrics for the posts on your registered accounts.
2. How it is used
Your data is used solely to run the community campaign you applied to: reviewing your application, tracking your posts' performance, building leaderboards, contacting you about the campaign, and preparing payout reports for the community team.
3. Who can see it
The team of the community you applied to can see your application and tracked metrics. Your data is never sold and never shared with other communities on the platform.
4. Retention and removal
Application data is kept while the campaign relationship is active. To have your data corrected or removed, contact the community team — for example through its Discord server — and they can remove your profile and registered accounts.
5. Security
Data is stored with per-community access isolation and transmitted over encrypted connections. Wallet addresses are displayed masked inside the dashboard.
